How long does production take?

Each piece is crafted on demand — just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched. During peak periods (holidays, new collection launches), allow a little extra time.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order leaves the studio, delivery times vary by destination:

  • Australia: 3–8 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.

What materials are used?

We're selective about what carries our artwork. Our apparel is printed on heavyweight, premium-quality tees and hoodies (typically 180–300 gsm). Mugs are crafted from high-fired ceramic with a full-wrap, vibrant print finish. Canvas prints use archival-grade materials designed to last.

Are mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe — though hand washing will preserve the print longer. They are microwave safe for beverages. Avoid prolonged microwave use with metallic-finish variants.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll make it right — replacement or refund, no hassle. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Can I request a custom design?

We love a creative conversation. Custom commissions are considered on a case-by-case basis — reach out via our Contact page with your concept and we'll let you know what's possible.
